November 30 2004 - Intercultural Business Communication
When conducting business abroad and trying to enter new markets, clearly communicating with your business partners in different countries is key to your success. Experts in their field will cover conducting business one-on-one with your international counterparts, how to present effectively to international audiences, and will cover the Pacific Rim, South America and Europe. November 9 2004 - Resources for International Trade Development
The seminar will provide information on international resources that are available to help businesses develop their international sales such as embassies and consulates, economic development agencies, non-profit trade related groups, and for-profit resources including attorneys, banks and consultants. We will also look at services for exporters offered by the US Department of Commerce and the California Centers for International Trade Development. October 18 2004 - Japan Telecom Market Entry

October 5 2004 - Doing Business in Africa
The continent of Africa, consisting of 54 countries and a population of over 800 million people represents an enormous market for US companies. Europe is the USA’s most important trade partner and export market, and with 10 more countries recently joining the European Economic Union the stability and wealth of this region continues to increase.
